  Distribution of the proceedings of the Food Micro '99 congress  
  The proceedings of the international symposium Food Micro ’99, organised by the Foundation Food Micro and Innovation, entitled:

  have been made available to interested persons since 2000.  
  A limited number of proceedings are still available. The proceedings (a hard covered book of 956 pages) comprising 330 extended abstracts can be purchased freely.
